This division provides services related to legal matters and benefits of the University as follows:

  1. University property lease contract arrangement and rent collection services
  2. Power of Attorney (POA) service to file a police report on breach of contract, forgery of documents, theft, etc.
  3. Legal advisory services related to binding contract between the University and other parties
  4. Property insurance claim service on the University’s property
  5. Information on terms, rules and regulations, announcements and orders of the University
